  • Returns Policy
    If you wish to return an item from your order it must be arranged within 15 calendar days of your order purchase date. All items are inspected on arrival at our offices. Please note that that a 15% restocking fee will be applied on returns. The incurred cost for returning are not covered for. NO COD (cash on delivery) will be accepted or the amount will de deducted from your refund. Return shipping fees are not reimbursed. If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment. Make sure that on the airway bill and the package it is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. Any possible import taxes will be deducted from the refund.
