2. Order Processing
Orders ship within 24–48 business hours.
Orders placed after 12 PM ET on Friday or the eve of a Canadian and Québec public holiday are processed the next business day.
A tracking e-mail is sent once the parcel is accepted by the carrier.

3-bis. Delivery & Lost-Package Policy
Risk of loss passes to the customer once a parcel is scanned by the carrier. Carrier “expected dates” are estimates only; BRAVE Vision is not liable for delays.

After the carrier confirms loss, we will replace or refund at our discretion. Parcels marked “Delivered” but missing are regarded as theft; file a claim with the carrier and local authorities— we can supply documentation.

5. Warranty — 1 Year Limited
Covers manufacturing defects on frame, hinges, and finishes for 12 months from purchase. Excludes lenses and damage from misuse, accident, or unauthorised repairs. Provide order # and photos; we may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
5-bis. Product-Use & Safety Disclaimer
Our eyewear is designed for everyday wear, not for industrial protection or high-impact sports. By purchasing, you assume all risks of injury or damage arising after delivery. BRAVE Vision bears no liability for accidents, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
5-ter. Lens Limitations & Non-Coverage
Lens scratches, chips, coating wear, or tint changes developing after delivery are industry-standard exclusions. If you believe a lens defect existed at delivery, contact us within 15 days with photos; bona-fide manufacturing faults will be remedied.
6. Repairs & Spare Parts
Editions are limited; parts are not guaranteed. Send photos and your order #—if compatible components exist (B-Stock, leftover parts) we will quote turnaround time and any service fee.
7. Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, PayPal, Sezzle pay-in-4 (interest-free). All prices in CAD.
8. Taxes & Duties
• Canadian orders : GST/HST/QST applied at checkout.
• International orders : customer responsible for local duties/taxes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRAVE Vision Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item giving rise to the claim.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier strikes, or governmental actions.
11. Governing Law & Venue
These policies are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be brought before the courts of Québec, judicial district of Québec City, unless prohibited by consumer-protection legislation.

We strive to display product colours accurately but cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
